Integrity 1st Car Pros

The customer service is exemplary! Justin was the person who helped me out with showing me my cars diagnosis and a detailed estimate of parts and labor. Lobby is also great if you choose to stay and wait for your car to get serviced. Definitely recommending this place to everyone!

Integrity First has done a fantastic job of looking after our various vehicles. I've never felt surprised or confused at price quotes & their work has been top-notch. As a very auto-ignorant person, I also appreciate that I never feel talked down to or that anyone tries to sneak anything by me. On the rare occasion something goes wrong, they leap into action to help us put out. I was just in a day ago for a routine oil change (that I undoubtedly left for too long!) & when I got in my car, it had a weird hum. Before I even had one foot back in the building, Justin had already met me at the door to figure out what went wrong. He easily located the issue (leaves & detritus fell…

Awesome experience with Integrity 1st! Quality work, fair prices, professional nice guys run this place. Luke provided an exceptional customer experience. These guys were highly recommended to me by Discount Tire to do a more complicated Euro Alignment. They performed it with precision and expertise. And were significantly less than other shops and the Dealership for a fairly new car. They also provide many other car repair services. Highly recommend this shop at SW Corner of Coit/Legacy in Plano. Thank you Luke and team for taking care of me and my car! You definitely earned my repeat business!

I had a great experience. Everyone I talked to was hospitable, kind, and supportive. Any questions I had were answered honestly and I felt that I was their priority. They informed me of all the things my car could need but I felt no pressure to do anything. Very helpful. They are thorough on the phone in answering all the little questions. Luke, Rob, and Reese were awesome. Will be coming back for their integrity!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that both I and my car received top-notch care. Not only did they meticulously handle the repairs my car needed, but they also offered convenient transportation to and from my house. This service made my day so much easier! I really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service. Now, knowing that my vehicle is in such capable hands, I will definitely return for any future automotive issues that may arise.
