Valvoline Express Care In Plano

I went to the Valvoline Express Care, at 3305 Coit Rd, Plano, Tx. because I have a vehicle from Carvana and the warranty will cover work at this place. The waiting area was clean and cool. The bays were well taken care of and clean. Anthony was wonderful. He prepared me for the worst, then fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He make sure that I was satisfied and didn't have any other problems. I was treated with the utmost respect. They know their jobs very well. Whenever I need work done on my vehicle, I will drive the nine miles in Texas traffic (½ hour+/-) to have my work done here. That's saying a lot for a 79-year-old lady from New England. KAS

Did my state inspection here. To start with, when I drove my car thinking where to park, a gentleman came in greeted me and guided me. Then he took my car for inspection and I could see how sincere he was in doing the inspection. It took almost 20 minutes and once inspection is done, he handed over the paperwork and it reflected on the system in 5 minutes. He did not try to scam me with unnecessary scary problems and treated with best service and respect. This will be my go to place going forward.

EXHAUSTED after work seeking a shop to replace my headlight/break/turn bulbs.Pulled into Jiffy Lube at spring Creek and they quoted 70 dollars and I have the bulbs! Proceeded toward home and randomly pulled into Valvoline Express. Within 40 mins I had an oil change, all the bulbs changed and an emissions test for a very reasonable price. Anthony was so helpful and super quick. So grateful I found a neighborhood car care center that is helpful, quick and stress free!

If a negative 5 star was possible I’d hit it. For almost 9 months all they did was play games on my cars repair. They were quick to go for the insurance money after my wreck. The paint was terrible. They had to go over it three times. The grill fell off after I got the car, and still waiting for the replacement. If they had done the job the right way the first time none of the circus would have happened. Be careful if leaving your car or insurance im their hands. Don’t believe me I have text messages with both owners, and two GM from two different locations on the hot potato game they played with me, and they tried charging me for repairs and weren’t done on one of my other cars. I am very cautious about who I let under the hood of my car, because it's hard to trust people nowadays, but going to Valvoline has eased that anxiety tremendously. Since my first time going, I haven't even thought about going anywhere else. This time I went to Valvoline Express on Coit Rd for the first time, and I didn'tfeel any anxiety. The service was not only fast, but the employees were very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Ron, the manager, is a really great and honest man. He's very informative and won't let you leave until he explains everything to your satisfaction. This is a great go to establishment!
