Integrity 1st Car Pros

Once again Nick and his team have gone above and beyond! I added another BMW to my collection so my other vehicles would have someone to play with and had an issue with my sunroof leaking. Nicks guys found and fixed the problem and went over the rest of the vehicle to make sure everything looked good. I always appreciate how well they take care of me at the shop!!! Thank you Nick!!!

I originally came in as a visitor to the area just looking for an alignment after getting new tires. The team at Integrity 1st Car Pros went above and beyond by conducting a thorough inspection and clearly explaining their recommendations to help extend the life of my vehicle. They were honest, efficient, and far more affordable than other shops I contacted for quotes on a timing belt and water pump replacement. If you’re in the Plano area and need trustworthy car care, I highly recommend these guys. Next time I’m passing through DFW, I won’t hesitate to bring my car back to Integrity 1st. Appreciate the help guys!

Check in very smooth. I had three things done:oil change, fuel system service, and brake fluid replaced. The best part is they got it all done in less time than they estimated it would take. And it was all done for a reasonable price that was lower than the dealership. My only negative comment is they clearly did not check the air pressure on the tires because I had one that was low and it was not re-inflated to the proper point.. But overall, I was pleased with the service.

They definitely live up to the name and showed Integrity start to finish! I found this place due to high reviews and I see why they have the rating they do. Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also ve…

I cannot say enough good things about Nick and the team at Integrity 1st. They're patient taking time to explain and even show me what was happening with my car. They have a very handy portal that they put pictures in and do a great job of documenting the issues they find and what they're going to do to solve the problem. I give them a 10 if I could! Excellent service and knowledgeable team. The pricing was reasonable too! I will definitely use them again and will tell everybody about them!!
