My technician, Julian, was quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and it worked great. Love this company been using them for years. They installed my last complete system and it's a greatx and works very efficiently. Wouldn't use anybody else.

Technician professional did a thorough job. Alex was very nice. There was some confusion about the old credit card their office had on file but aside from that, I am very much pleased with the service from this company. Will definitely use them again.

Tyler of Total Air & Heat came out to figure out what was wrong with one of my AC units. He did find the issue. I found him to be patient and thorough. Subsequently it was determined that I needed a new system. Robert took the time to thoroughly assess the whole cooling system including ducts etc. He provided options and walked me through all of the "whys" and "wherefores"…
