AutoNation Collision Center Plano

Cody was incredibly helpful throughout my collision repair process. He coordinated directly with the insurance adjuster and kept me informed every step of the way with timely email updates. I never had to worry about the status of my vehicle. They are a certified Tesla collision center and completed the repairs before the official Tesla repair facility, despite that one being booked out a month in advance. I highly recommend this collision center for any repairs, especially for Teslas. Huge thanks to Cody!

I just had my Model S repaired and Autonation in Plano did a fantastic job! Kevin did a fantastic job. He was always prompt in communication. He ordered the bumper ahead of time and committed to a one week turn around and the repair was completed on time. He provided a completely accurate estimate and there were no hidden fees. Javier did the actual repairs and the car looks perfect. I highly recommend Autonation without any hesitation.

A long time trusted friend referred me to Auto Nation in Plano TX, which was an outstanding referral. Under promised & over delivered! Excellent service, timing, & market pricing. The receptionist was friendly & gracious. Tom & Brian made it an easy process. Both gentlemen gave A+ service. Their employees definitely know their craft! They replaced the taillight with ambient lighting.

If you need work done, YOU HAVE FOUND THE PLACE! I have worked with Bryce and Sarah twice now and can’t rave about them enough. They are amazing communicators, take such great pride in their work and have a standard of going above and beyond for their clients. They truly are the best in the business. The work turned out perfect each time! I am extremely unfamiliar with insurance and not only did Bryce help communicate with insurance for me, he helped to explain everything to me so I could make the best decisions. They have gained a life long customer in me. Thank you so much you guys! So grateful to have found you all!

Upon returning, I found someone in the garage had thrown acid all over my car, causing the passenger side mirror to warp, corroding the electronics in a tail light, and causing the paint to bubble away from the body over the majority of the car. I found AutoNation on Google as the closest Tesla collision specialist to where I live, about an hour and a half away. When I dropped the car off at AutoNation Collision Center, it was an effortless check-in and drop-off of the vehicle with Kevin, who guided me throughout the entire repair process. The repairs were completed several days before the initial…
