Today was my first experience at this shop, and the funny part is. I have worked across the street for 5 years! I had a piece of my vehicle underneath that had come off and had been badly damaged. They took my car and, within 10 minutes, took off the piece because it had been damaged. They would not even charge me a disposal fee. I will return here in the next few weeks to continue the services I need for my vehicle. Fred had excellent customer service!

My wife took her car here all the time. But every time when they worked on something that required they to take off the splash shield, they NEVER put it back on properly. It only took a few more zip ties to make sure the splash shield stayed on. But they wouldn't put in the extra small efforts. So, after my wife drove to places, the slash shield would eventually dangle beneath her car. We decided to take her car somewhere else even though the location of the shop was very convenient.

After 20 years of taking my car here I am now done after the last few problems I have had. Started roughly year and a half ago when I spent over $3k needlessly on a starter that turned out to be the start button. Get that, sometimes tough to diagnose, even first BMW dealership missed the proper diagnosis. But my last experience with them was ridiculous. Stopped by few months and talked to Fred, told him I wanted to change just the pads on the car. I drive this car once a week, I did not want to spend the money on changing rotors that are visible through the rims and could see there wasn't any excessive wear. I have been taking my car there for 10 years. The previous owners were much more professional and courteous. I don't have a good experience with these new people. I wont go back there anymore

They did a fantastic job. I took my 2011 Honda Accord because the battery light kept coming on. Not only did they expertly repair the issue, but I really appreciated their thorough approach. Instead of just replacing the faulty alternator, they took the time to diagnose *why* it went bad in the first place and corrected the underlying problem to prevent it from happening again.
